EPA Pacific Southwest (Region 9) New Source Review Permits Dashboard

EPA’s Pacific Southwest (Region 9) implements and enforces federal environmental laws in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, and 148 Tribal Nations.

This dashboard displays draft, proposed, and final NSR permits that state and local permitting authorities submitted electronically to the EPA through the Electronic Permit System (EPS). This dashboard allows public online viewing of permits and other available documents.

If a permit action is currently within the public comment period, public comments must be submitted to the relevant permitting authority and not to the EPA.
