Public Hearing
EPA will hold a public hearing, pursuant to 40 CFR 124.12, to provide the public with further opportunity to comment on the draft permit decision and our finding under Section 106 of the NHPA. During the Public Hearing, any interested person may provide written comments or oral comments and relevant data pertaining to the proposed action.
The public hearing will be held virtually. The date, time, and location of the public hearing are as follows:

Public Information Session
Immediately before the public hearing, beginning at 6:30 p.m. MST/6:30 p.m. PDT on Thursday, October 24, 2024, in the same “virtual meeting room”, there will be an informal public informational session, during which EPA staff will be able to answer questions regarding the proposed action. Those interested in participating in this public informational session can access it by using the same Zoom link and phone numbers shown above for the public hearing. Public comments will not be accepted during the public informational session. Public comments will be accepted during the public hearing starting at 7 p.m.
