South Coast Air Quality Management District PSD Delegation Agreement

Prevention Of Significant Deterioration (PSD) delegation agreements allow state agencies to issue PSD permits under 40 CFR 52.21.  PSD Permits issued through a delegation agreement are considered a federal permits rather than a state permit (under a SIP approved program).
