- Jonathan Moody, PE has worked for EPA Region 5 since 2010 performing compliance inspections under several statutes including the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and the Safe Drinking Water Act. Prior to working for EPA, Jonathan worked as a civil engineer providing design services to clients in the land development and transportation industries. Jonathan is a licensed professional engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer and masters of engineering in environmental engineer.
