Spruce No-1 Mine Final Determination

This document explains the basis for the US EPA Clean Water Act § 404(c) Final Determination to withdraw the specification of Pigeonroost Branch, Oldhouse Branch and their tributaries as a disposal site for dredged or fill material in connection with construction of the Spruce No. 1 Surface Mine.
