Request for AIS Waiver for 24-Inch Carbon Steel Well Casing for Cape May, New Jersey (DWSRF)

EPA did not approve this waiver request. 

The non-domestic well casing was installed prior to the state receiving the waiver request and before the community received AIS certification documentation. In addition, 24-inch carbon steel well casing is domestically available based on EPA’s product research.
