Enforcement Response Policy: Revision of the AHERA Enforcement Response Policy: Civil Penalties for failure to conduct Reinspections

Revision of the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Enforcement Response Policy to address the failure of local education agencies to conduct periodic asbestos reinspections. This policy provides the civil penalties for failure to conduct these reinspections.
