What is the maximum number of projects that an applicant can submit?
According to 2A(i) Other Eligibility Requirements, item 7, an applicant may submit more than one application in a single grant cycle (fiscal year); however, applicants are not eligible to receive more than one award under this Solicitation. This restriction applies both to single applicants and, in the case of a EN partnership (coalition) application, to applicants applying either as the lead applicant or as an eligible formal partner.
In other words, if an organization submits more than one application, they will be in direct competition with themselves since only one assistance agreement can be awarded.
Please note that an applicant may be awarded multiple EN grants over a series of years. According to item 8 in the same SN section, an applicant cannot have more than four active Exchange Network assistance agreements with the Agency as of as of December 31, 2024.
