Environmental programs covered by Interim Cost Review Guidance (Sub Part A Programs)

The interim guidance applies to grants awarded to states, interstate coalitions, and local agencies for the following programs. This approach also applies to specific non-subpart A awards where the same ongoing, continuing environmental program grant relationship exists between EPA and the applicant.
