Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint No. 12R-13-R4

On March 1, 2018, ECRCO issued a Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint No. 12R-13-R4, involving the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). The complaint alleged generally that ADEM violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the EPA’s nondiscrimination regulation found at 40 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 7.
