Please note that the CAMD Business System (CBS) is the preferred, convenient, instant, and paperless way to submit most forms.
As of May 22, 2022, forms will no longer be accepted via email. The only exception are the forms used for the annual SO2 allowance auction.

*Initial submittals for a new plant or a new unit cannot be submitted via CBS. Also, this form cannot be submitted via CBS if the regulated source is replacing the primary Designated Representative with a person not registered to the CBS database.

Acid Rain Program SO2 Allowance Auction Forms

Acid Rain Permitting Forms
Forms to be completed by facilities seeking an Acid Rain permit for each source with an affected unit are listed below. Please refer to Part 75 Policy and Technical Resources for more information. These forms need to be submitted via mail.

Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) Forms
This form is used to submit data associated with Certificate of Representation for the RGGI program.
In most cases, updates to the existing RGGI Certificate of Representation (COR) information for a plant with one or more RGGI-affected units can be made instantly in CBS. However, if a plant or unit is newly subject to RGGI, mail a hardcopy RGGI COR form to both EPA and the relevant state agency (if the state requires it).
