EPA's Denial of Petitions for Reconsideration of the Final Rule Establishing the 2013 Biomass-Based Diesel Volume
In November 2012, EPA received two petitions for reconsideration of the 2013 biomass-based diesel volume requirement under the Renewable Fuel Standard program. EPA's evaluation of the petitions indicates that the Congressional requirements for such a petition were not met, and that the issues raised did not materially affect the determination of the applicable volume requirement.
