Rule Summary
These standards include requirements that are source category- specific, and requirements that apply to all source categories that are regulated under the generic maximum achievable control technology (GMACT) standards subpart (e.g., general recordkeeping, reporting, compliance, operation, and maintenance requirements). The final rule applies to process units and emission points that are part of a plant site that is a major source as defined in section 112 of the Clean Air Act.
