Company Notification of Improper Disclosure

After receiving an ROI, Project Management and Operations Division (PMOD) director authorizes issuance of a written notice to the affected company within four business days. If the PMOD director believes it unlikely that the reported disclosure occurred, then no action is taken.

If there are documents that are unaccounted for as a result of an ROI notifying the PMOD Director of a missing CBI document, the PMOD director issues a written notice to the affected company within four business days, if the document is not accounted for in that time. The written notice must identify the lost or misplaced document and state the date on which it was deemed lost or misplaced.
