Last weekend a water pipe in the ceiling burst and everyone in your CBI secured area had to relocate to other cubicles throughout the building. These new locations are not designated as CBI secure storage areas. You need to access the CBI virtual desktop, so what should you do before logging on to the VDI?
1) Check to make sure there is no one outside your cubicle before you logon to the CBI LAN using VDI.
2) Put a sign on the outside of your cubicle warning people that CBI material is being used.
3) Place a privacy screen on your monitor.
