The IEIC is a biennial conference that connects those involved in various aspects of emissions inventory development: state, local, and tribal air agencies, regional organizations, offices across EPA and other parts of the Federal Government, domestic and international researchers, industry, and students. The theme for the 2019 IEIC was “Collaborative Partnerships to Advance Science and Policy”.  More details about the conference are available in the final Agenda and the presentations provided below.
