Air Emissions Inventory Guidance Documents

These resources provide the latest available guidance on developing emissions inventories to meet State Implementation Plan (SIP) requirements.  Emissions inventory SIPs are required by National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) implementation rules and the Clean Air Act.
