Generation Summary Report
(Click on the drop down box to change displayed report)
The Generation Summary dataset provides the number of RINs or gallons produced by producer type, fuel type, or time period. Options include:
- RIN Generation by Producer Type − Displays the total number of RINs generated by importers, domestic renewable fuel producers, and foreign renewable fuel producers. Foreign renewable fuel producers may generate RINs if they meet the requirements specified in the RFS regulations at 40 CFR 80.1466. Importers may generate RINs for fuel produced by foreign renewable fuel producers (including undenatured ethanol producers) if the foreign renewable fuel producer does not generate RINs for that volume.
- Total Production of Renewable Fuels − Displays the total production of renewable fuels (in gallons) and quantity of RINs generated under the RFS program in each month by fuel category or D-code.
- Total Production by Month − Displays the total production of renewable fuels (in gallons) and total quantity of RINs in the RFS program by month.
Feedstock Summary Report
(Click on the drop down box to change displayed report)
The Feedstock Summary dataset provides the amount of feedstock used along with the amount of RINs generated by renewable fuel producers in EMTS. Use this table to show the total number of RINs generated by feedstock type (or feedstock combination) under D-code, fuel type, and time period.
Total Net Generation Report
(Click on the drop down box to change displayed report)
The Total Net Generation dataset shows the total number of RINs generated minus the number of invalid RINs generated. RIN Generation Error Corrections are defined as RINs that have been retired in EMTS using any of the three retirement reason codes of Invalid RIN, Import Volume Error Correction, or Volume Error Correction.
Export Table will export the data as a CSV file.
