CAA Permitting on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation
Implementation of the Clean Air Act Title V operating permitting program and the Federal Tribal Minor New Source Review permitting program (partial delegation) on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation in southwestern Colorado is the responsibility of the Air Quality Division of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Environmental Programs Division. Implementation of all other CAA Permitting Programs is currently the responsibility of EPA Region 8.
