TSCA Chemical Data Reporting Fact Sheet: Kraft Pulp and Paper Process

This new fact sheet provides information on Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule requirements related to the reporting of chemical substances manufactured during the Kraft pulp and paper process. This document includes discussion of existing exemptions for non-isolated intermediates and new byproduct exemptions from the CDR Revisions rulemaking.
