EPA Tools
EnviroAtlas
EnviroAtlas provides geospatial data, easy-to-use tools, and other resources related to ecosystem services, their chemical and non-chemical stressors, and human health. Use EnviroAtlas to explore maps that identify sources of pollution in your Tribal Nation community and the surrounding area. These maps do not contain every map layer that may be important to a Tribal Nation community. To help supplement this information, you may want to check with the Tribal Nation administration, health team, and cultural offices for data that could be added to the maps for a more complete picture of your community’s conditions or protected areas. If you add in Tribal Nation specific confidential information, it can be saved under your username and password.
EcoBox
EPA’s Ecological Risk Assessment ToolBox (EPA EcoBox) is a group of tools designed to assist with assessing ecological risk. EPA EcoBox provides links to guidance documents, databases, models, reference materials, and other related resources, organized according to six topic areas of interest to ecological risk assessors.
Environmental Resilience Tools Wizard
The Environmental Resilience Tools Wizard is designed for use by state, local, and Tribal emergency managers who need to address environmental concerns and by state, local, and Tribal environmental or health agencies who need to address disaster resilience in their work. It may also be of interest to cities, counties, or Tribes implementing resilience or hazard mitigation plans, researchers, drinking water and wastewater utilities, and community or environmental organizations.
Equitable Resilience Builder
Equitable Resilience Builder (ERB) is an application that supports communities in resilience planning with a focus on equity. It engages users in a guided process to inclusively assess local hazards, equity, and the resilience of built, natural, and social environment systems. ERB can be used to collaboratively prioritize actions to build community resilience in an equitable way.
